Tasting in the Historic Cellar:
Descend into the Cistercian cellar, built in 1142, where the estate’s wines have aged for centuries.Taste five wines from Domaine and Maison Joliet.The workshop will focus on identifying differences between vintages, appellations, and especially terroirs.
Develop your tasting skills with a sensory experience that explores aromas, colors, and flavors.
The Cistercian Press:
Conclude the tour with a presentation of an ancient wine press, located in a second cellar room.
