Vines: Over 80 years old
Soil: Clay-limestone
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Parcel: 0.5 hectares of old vines drawing from every layer of this extraordinary terroir
Cuvée Camille is born from vines over 80 years old, whose roots delve deep into the soil to extract the essence of each geological layer. This cuvée elevates the Clos de la Perrière to new heights. The complex clay-limestone soil conveys power, minerality, finesse, and concentration, making this a truly exceptional wine.
This cuvée is equally remarkable for its aging process. The wine rests in the estate’s 12th-century vaulted cellars, a Cistercian architectural gem. Beneath these historic arches lies a single, extraordinary barrel. Made from a century-old oak tree that once stood proudly in the Clos de la Perrière, this barrel symbolizes a cuvée deeply rooted in its terroir—100% Clos de la Perrière.
“The vines have been here for 900 years; we are just passing through. Respect and precision guide us every day, in every action. Respect for the environment: we use only natural products. Respect for the vines: we favor manual work over mechanical processes. Respect for the wine: because great wines require exceptional grapes.”

On the palate, a powerful, concentrated red wine emerges. Subtle mineral finesse follows notes of dark fruits. At the table, this wine elegantly complements meats and elevates traditional dishes such as game or other fine meats.
For an extraordinary pairing, we recommend Wagyu beef as the perfect match for this prestigious wine. A Tournedos Rossini is also an excellent choice to enhance the dining experience with elegance and refinement.
